guages for dp tuner

Was wondering where and who to buy from ???egt guage, tranny guage,do I need a boost guage?digital type guage or old style?I found a site called diesel manor with guages, anybody buy theirs?I am still trying to decide between the f5 and f6 (more money for f6 and not to sure how many tunes I will actually use but leaning toward f6 so I have no regrets)and wasnt sure if dp tuner also sells the guages but couldnt find any on their site..

I got my DP Tuner F5 and my essipro EV2 gauges in a 4 hole A pillar mount from Clay. He even painted the mount to match the interior of my truck. GREAT customer service. If you buy from Clay you will have no regrets.

Got my Isspro EV2's from Clay as well. Great service and competitive pricing. He'll steer you in the right direction for whatever you need and want.

I went an uncommon route with my boost and pyro. Clay hooked me up right with the Autometer dash pod, and complete, 'everything you need' set up for the gauges. I'm right around the corner from a DP tuner.

Alvin,
Thats the type of setup I've been considering, something different than the pillars, and a little more stealthy to passers by. You saying you got it from Clay? Guess I'll have to look around his site a little more!

I'm not a fan of the apillar gauges. I ended up buying the underdash pod and really lke it. I have not had an issue with it at all. The placement under the cubby hole makes it so most of us need to relocate our trailer brake controller or cb radio. But in my opinion it's well worn it. My next gauge pod will either be the overhead one ( between rear view mirror and roof) or the instrument cluster pod. Here is also the steering collumn single pod that is t too bad but I need more then one gauge. I'll be adding oil temp fuel pressure and oil pressure.

Clay can get the Autometer dash pod, and it is drop shipped. Competitive pricing, but the real reason for getting it through him was to make sure I was properly set up with the gauges and kits. He even helped me out when I called him about a wiring question. You have to wonder how many other places will do that for you, let alone trying to get to somebody on the other end of the line that knows what they're talking about.

Your reasoning for this set up is why I chose it. I live and work in the city, and we get the occaional stupid-a** punk that sees something shiny and decides to bust a window to get a closer look. I figured an a-pillar pod would evoke that type of response. I'm really happy with this set up. When I'm ready for a trans temp gauge, it'll be mounted under dash.

Give me a call as not everything is on the site yet. We are working on it, but it is just taking some time. More than happy to discuss over the phone to make sure you get what you need.

I installed the kit from Diesel Manor and was very pleased with the thorough instructions and kit- they include everything you need and then some. This was back in the pre- Riffraff days though I've yet to hear a bad thing about Clay's service (happy customer myself).

Jody IS DP Tuner, he doesn't sell gauges or other accessories. Clay is a DP Tuner dealer and can hook you up with whatever else you might want too- exhaust, gauges, lift kit, etc.
