rough running motor

rough running motor
my 02 is acting up and not sure where to begin.
Morning starts hard (like usual) but however acts like there is water in the fuel. motor "knocks" for a little bit then goes away but still hit the throttle and it skips.
today this afternoon i was driving and went to hit the throttle and it was skipping like a ******* in stock, switch to 60 tow and it was real bad, switched to 80economy and hit it hard and it went away after skipping a little.
ANY IDEAS??

If this didn't sound like an issue I was having I would vote for the UVCH as well, there are a few things I was asked to check since I was there I did the 50 cent mod, still have the issue. Like I said it sound similar just maybe a different take on the same problem so see if any of this info you.
