Sct?
I just read a thread here about the above.It only mentioned it,and Im wondering what it stands for.My reasoning behind this is tha my 07 I just bought had SCT logos placed just below the Ford logo.I removed it,and forgot about it.Ive been under the impression that my new ride is OEM stock,and now confused.
If this truck has been "Modded" id like to know how to figure out what it is,and conversley,how to put it back the way its supposed to be....

Like said SCT is a tuner that reflashes your PCM to give it some extra power. Alot of people recommend it. I love mine it really woke it up. But with that said the only way it can be reset with out going to the dealer is to have the programer. I also seen that in the other post you said you have the 4.2 v6? Well if so from what I have heard there are no programers for the 4.2. Could be wrong thats just what I heard. The previous owner might have just added it for looks.
