If you are mostly stock I would recomend the MBRP 4" turbo back system. Word on the street is unless you are heavily modded you dont benefit from a 5" system, infact you loose some low end just to gain it on the top end but would be out of our RPM range for a mostly stock truck.
I have a 4" on mine I went with the SS but depending on where you are, I forgot to look, you may be able to save some $$ and get the aluminized kit. Just remeber your taking off a SS system.
There are plenty of manufactures out there Magnaflow, MBRP, Banks, Silverline, and the list goes on. Check out some of our sponsors for pricing. i got mine from Diesel Manor, great folks to deal with before and after the sale.

That's a key point right there. Not many people realize that, but in this case(as in other cases) "less is more".
If you have a reputable exhaust/muffler shop they can actually fab something for you that would more then likely be cheaper then a pre-fabbed exhaust.
I don't know if have seen the Spike show "Trucks!", but the exhaust shop that they use is about 15 minutes from me and they do some good quality and cheap custom exhaust work.
Just want to ask a question about the 3-1/2 downpipe.
If you go from a 3" dp to a 3-1/2" dp and the rest of your ex-pipe is 3" wouldn't that up back pressure on the turbo? Or is the dp 3" and ex-pipe 3-1/2"?
I'm not sure of this because the only ex-pipe mod's have been the kitty.
