The quarter shim locks the harness connector to the pass thru connector on the valve cover. Depending on exactly what you broke, you'll either need a new harness or a new valve cover gasket.
It is possible to just buy a new connector for the wiring harness, but I would not trust the repair connection under the valve covers.

I just shelled out $89 for the UVCH because I broke that clip which wasn't even the #@$$!^% problem. Did the $89.50 cent mod while I was there. Put the truck back together and the code P1316 came up and still running crappy. Does that mean it may be other side UVCH clip is loose? What else could it be?
