Before I redid all my doors my passenger window would fall off and yes it will almost jam itself in the bend of door you have to just play with it and all of a sudden it's free
OK Peeps, me again. 91 F150 long bed dual tanks, yadda yadda yadda.
So, Driver side door shell is falling apart ( separating ). Basically, there is a small strap kinda thing that what I can tell was all one piece thus joining the inner and outer parts of the shell at the window ledge basically located in the wing window area just in front of the main glass channel that runs down inside the door. Additionally, there seem to be some sort of bracket that was tack welded or riveted to the front window channel that has also separated.
So, does anyone know of a way to remove all the guts, repair the rips tears and broken ****, including the felt channel stuff that track the window down inside the door. Basically, the whole door is expanding. I figure to buy a new shell is best but where to get a good one. I dont wanna buy cheap *** chinese ****. I have included pics for reference. very hard to see but hope it helps the understanding. I am ready to pull the guts out and inspect further but untill then...
