Power steering fluid
I have a 2001 f250 7.3 diesel and the manual is calling form Mercon ATF. I went to my local auto parts store and they gave me regular DextronIII Mercon ATF. My pump is reading a little low and I just want to put a little more in. Is the stuff I bought the right stuff or do I need something else.

Yes, that's the correct fluid to use.
I'm surprised the parts house still had any of that formulation left on the shelf.
You might want to consider changing that fluid instead of just adding. It gets old, too, and needs changing every few years.
