Could be the EEC Power Relay.
Need you to post the wire colors going into the relay, with the tracer colors (Stripes or dashes) if you wouldn't mind.
That way I could confirm or deny what it actually is.

Its the eec power relay. it has four wires-white with blue stripes, black, yellow, and a red wire. See i keep having this problem where something is shorting out my ICM and ignition coil (ive replaced them numerous times). Ive explored the truck, couldnt find no shorts or break in wires. Ive got a new internal electrical parts for my distributor, new ICM, new coil. Im thinking that maybe the computer is shorting everything out. The truck will crank and run but usaully dies (loses spark) anywhere from 2 minutes to thirty minutes of driving or running.
