Great news Will! You will have a great time. Vegas is amazing. Last time I was there, I had a redeye flight that left just before midnight. It is an awesome sight as you're flying out of there because as the plane climbs higher, you realize that Vegas is just a huge rectangle of light in the middle of the desert.

I toured Ferrum a couple years ago when i was looking for a home and money pit for the next 4 years.... couldn't get used to the area, it just didn't feel right... i woulda been bored s*^tless there ahah
