Bill, Salvage yard, or junk yard as we call them in the south, would be where I would head. Folks go there looking for a replacement booster and the mount bracket should be left out there just waiting to be pulled.
So why 19 different versions? Is a booster not just a booster? Do different F100 boosters provide different amounts of force or were they just the last thing to be designed into the firewall and had to take the brunt of the modifications?

If you think that the fact that Ford lists 19 different boosters is ridiculous, consider this:
1973/79 F100/350: There are TWENTYTWO different brake pedals, SEVEN different clutch pedals.
1968/72 F100/350: There is ONE brake pedal, ONE clutch pedal used with or without power brakes.
