yup it is infront of the right front fender, and it is such a pain to fix! to get to you you need to actually pull out the plastic wheel well guard and the two horns will be right in the front near the bumper.
just wondering 07f350 what horn did you replace yours with and where did you put it?

I just had the local shop put in an el cheapo they mounted it up near the right battery, its pretty weak, but if the cattle hear it they will come to eat.
Ditto on the pain to get at! Bypassing it and mounting new ones to the fender brace under the well cover makes a much easier fix. I bolted a piece of 1/8" rubber sheeting behind them to keep excessive splash off them. I got mine off the shelf, making sure they are 2 different frequencies. Nothing weak about them.

where did you tap into the wires? cause my cheap ones that i replaced when i first got my truck went out and i really don't want to tear her down again.
I tapped into them from right in front of the battery. The wiring was exposed right in that area. Of course I had already pulled the fender liner, so it was easier for me to locate. PM me if you have problems and I'll look again, send photos maybe.
Good luck,
Bunky
