351w Backfire

351w Backfire
I have a 1997 F250 HD 4x4 with 351w, i recently removed the catalytic converter and had a flowmaster dual exhaust installed. I installed a new O2 sensor and reconfigured some vacuum lines. The truck runs and sounds great...... but backfires between each shift. Anyone on here have any ideas wht to do to remedy this? Might i need better back pressure?
