Ford considers the information in the OASIS report to be confidential - theirs by copywright. They are tightly controlling who can get the information.

Pardon me for saying so fultons, but jumping in here and saying "I need such-and-such....fast" and then griping about not being able to get it isn't to cool in my opinion.
If you ask a dealer tomorrow, and hint to them that they may be the recipient of future repair business from you they may help you out. Just use a little tact - in other words, approach them the opposite way that you approached this forum.

I sincerely appologize for coming across that way, that was not my intention, it is just very unfortunate that we are unable to readily obtain the information. I live in rural Montana and do not have easy access to a dealership to get an oasis report. I would have to drive 100 miles to the closest dealership.
