yes they will, only prob i have with the pair on the back of my 93 is not a lot of offline torque and a loss of mileage.. but with you having a 5 speed, that shouldn't be a problem
I've heard that they rub for some people, but I have an 88 2wd 5-spd short bed/reg cab and my tires don't rub. They do occassionally bottom out if I take a speed bump a little too quickly, but I'm sure a leveling kit would fix that.
31's do make enough difference to the odometer to throw milage calculations off about 2mpg. Overall the tire change won't affect actual fuel milage a whole lot but it will affect power delivery and the higher the gearing(lower numerically) the more you lose.
