for your 95 there should be a 195* tstat in there. oil psi depends on a few things. to get a real idea install a mechanical oil and temp gauge.

20psi at idle is ok.

What oil weight you use in that? Are you use motorcraft oil filter for that.

20 psi for hot idle should be great if it was 5w30 oil.

My 79 F150 with 300 it got 10 psi when really really hot with 10w30 due bad headgasket.

225oF should be slightly ok but have you try flush old coolant and clean radiator? It should help little.

oil pressure sounds good.

temp is a bit high. are you running a fan shroud? might need a coolant flush and refill

Lose the Fram filter... Motorcraft FL1-A. There is a good reason for going back to the OEM oil filter. Almost all other filters starve the engine for oil at start up. I know it sounds goofy but its been tested.

As for the upper radiator hose collapsing, at the very least, it needs to be replaced. Honestly, it sounds like you have a big enough air pocket in the system to allow the collapse to happen. I know it is impossible to get every bit of air out of the system but you might do well to check your coolant level at the radiator with the engine cold and top off the radiator itself if it needs it. You can then run the engine up to its normal op. temp. and see if the system spits any coolant back into the overflow reservoir.
