Holmes county is kinda heart of the Amish. Been through there a few times, was neat to see a hitching post and buggies at the McDonalds there in Sugarcreek! And if you ever go through sugarcreek I recomend stopping by Breitenbach Winery. They have awesome food in there eatery too. Alot of guys I work with always take there bikes through Holmes when the leaves are turning, its a nice drive.

Maybe some other time I can participate if you want to do a pull sometime with the 09 V10. Mines a stick though. But I got to haul and split wood tomorrow and clean the kitchen.

We have it all set up now.

Myself, I eat hybrids, and Monster-4 are gonna meet tomorrow morning up in Millersburg. Should be a fun time, I'll post pics and opinions afterward!

What is the 93 tune? How many settings does it have and what are the power levels? Lastly, how much did it cost you?

I have SCT X3 with three tunes from 5 Star. "93" is a 93 octane tune. I have 87 Performance, 93 Performance and 93 Tow. Only difference between a Performance and Tow tune is the shift strategy of the auto transmission.

Price was around $400 and included a new performance y-pipe which I have yet to install.

Yep! The overall driveabilty is much better because of the improved tranny shifts. There is for sure more power hitting the ground as well. How much I am not sure but I grin everytime I mash the go pedal.

That is awesome. In the other forum V10 vs PSD, it sounded like chips and programmers would not be very benifical to the V10 motor. I glad to hear that mods are available for this motor. Good luck today with the testing today. I am looking forward to the results.

I am very interested in the results. Please be sure to post as many specs about the trucks as possible when listing results. Thanks for doing this!

Don't get me wrong a tuner on a diesel will produce WAY more power than a gas tuner. However a gas tuner will provide good results IF it's done by a quality tuning company such as 5 Star.

I'm sure when Crazy gets back he'll post up pics and results so I'll wait until then to throw my $0.02 in.
