I have a 2008 F250 with 275/70/18`s on it......Procomp has a deal on tires right now and was wondering what size I can move up to without getting into a transmission programer......would a 33x13.50 18 work???

It would depend on how wide your wheel is, but as far as heigh is concerned it shouldn't be a problem (the new tires would be about 1/10th of an inch shorter, since your 275s are about 33.15" tall).
You can put up to 35"x12.50 tires on your tuck and they will clear just find any Ford dealer can reprogram your speedo for you. I had mine done for 20 bucks and it took less then 15 minutes.
To be safe I wouldn't go any wider then 12.50" tire without a lift.
