Why can't I get 8 hours of sleep on my days off. I just can't seem to sleep more than 7.

I keep waking up at 4, then laying there thinking about all of the things that went wrong with the day before, so.. maybe I will set my alarm for 4 and see what happens. Might be a good time to get things done. (or more time on FTE?)

Why did the world change so much that we have to put in that many hours to get things done, or make ends meet? There was a point in time that a 40 hr work week for a husband would produce enough income for a whole family.
