Why did I open a brand new tool on Saturday morning, and destroy it by the afternoon? Why did about 25% of the reviews on Amazon say this may happen? Why didn't I heed their warning? Why do all of the same types of tools that do what this one does, have the same stats of about 25% of people saying they are junk? Why do I have to have this specialized tool? Why did I order a different model which cost me much more money? Why does the next step up for strength and reliability cost multiple times as much?
