why did I get the flu shot? after some research we found the reason for my feeling ill was due to me pushing too hard on my exercise routine. ran on treadmill for an hour and a half last night, then got up at 4 and went to the gym for an hour. I may have just been either exhausted, or dehydrated.

Why do I wake up so early to check FTE and Facebook, then go to work and stare at the computer all day, when I could sleep in another 45 minutes if I just waited till I got to work to check them?
