You must remove the carb and drill or knock out the plugs in the front of the base plate. Then you will probably need a carb adjusting too to adjust them.
It is a 4180 series Holley.

Cool someone else with a 4180

Like LxMan1 said, you have to drill out the plugs that cover-up the screws. Choose a drill that's a little smaller than the plug and drill through the plugs slowly so you don't damage the screws when the drill breaks through.

Once you have access to the screws you can adjust them with a small allen-wrench (don't know the size off the top of my head). The secondary screws are easier to adjust with a long ball-end allen-wrench since they face the firewall and are a pain in the butt to adjust when the carb's under the hood of a truck.

I found a Carb gasket kit with a 4150 flange base gasket and hardware to mount on my 460 intake maniford to mount this carburetor

OEM Carburetor 8-460 7.5L Manual Trans 83-85 FORD F250 PICKUP E3TE-9510-PD

that I found and purchased on ebay. I have not purchased the gasket kit yet until I found out if it will work. It's on cjponyparts. It's a kit for EFI but I'm not using the EFI gasket. I've sent in a message to their website asking this same question.

Thanks for your help. Building my 56 F-100
