6.0 power problems

I have a 2005 F-350 with 108000 miles just bought it a month ago. Took it out pulling my 13500lb fifth wheel and noticed it getting overly warm. Noticed it low on coolent. The degas bottle had been puking. Took it to ford they said it was the egr cooler and oil cooler along with a hole in one of the intercooler hoses. 2900.00 they said so i decided to do the work myself. I replaced the egr cooler with the bulletproof egr cooler along with oil cooler also put bd diesel intercooler hoses all around and added dieselsite coolent filtration. Replaced degas bottle cap. Cleaned the intake manifold while it was out. Also the egr cooler. The truck ran fine other than the puking before i did all the work. Now im having a turbo hik up issue along with no power. I dont get a check engine light. I also replaced the fuel filters with oem and oil filter oem. Using ford motorcraft 15w 40 oil. I may go out and drive now and it run fine but next time it will be a dog. Acts if it is a fuel problem but not sure ,dont have a tool to check fuel pressure. Thanks for any ideas you may have or have had.

what kind of boost readings are you getting when there is no power?

An easy and cheap thing to try is to make sure the MAP sensor hose and EBP tube are clear. Are you getting any DTC's?

There are quite a few things that will cause low power.
