Is this report still available? Do I need to follow another process? I had never even heard of an OASIS report until I joined this board - seems like a good report to have. The person I purchased my 2000 Excursion from was selling it for his recently divorced parents, and he had no records of any maintenance. I believe the appropriate routine maintenance was completed because I did see dates and milleage written on various components that require scheduled replacement. However, it would be great to see if there were any major issues or repairs. I know they used it to tow a trailor home back and forth to Georgia.
If there is a specific process I needed to follow in order to obtain the report please let me know. Thanks.

 

I used to run them occasionally for people but unfortunately, I no longer have access to the system, sorry.

Just call your local Ford dealer and ask the Service Dept. for an OASIS. They will give it you right over the phone, or just drive down and have them print it out for you!

I think it was one waterpump with 5 seperate complaints. It was all on the same date.
