Cab and core frame mounting pads

I just removed the old rusted out cab and front clip from my 1969 Ford F350.
Does anyone know how to remove the old rubber mounting pads that go through the frame?

Sawzall with a metal cutting blade should do it. Just cut between the rubber and frame thru the metal tube that holds it all together.

Probability is that you will have to weld in some new metal as the condition you describes suggests that there is a lot of decomp in the frame.
