3 codes thrown no start
7.3, 2003 just replaced both batteries due to no start, slow drag while turning over. ran for week ok and then won't start, same problem slow drag while turning over and no start just turns over like batteies are low. pulled code following codes with edge: p1670 ef feedback sig not detected, p0381 glow plug circuit malfunction, p0603 PCM processor keep alive memory (kam) error. what gives? had to jump it to get home ran fine and wouldn't stArt After shut off

Sounds like a starting system problem.
Begin w/ the basics..
Good batteries,tight clean connections,(pos. and neg.both ends of cables)
Starter drag could be a result of low power to starter,or a bad starter.

Welcome to FTE. Set your truck back to stock to rule out any issues with the edge. Then check your fuses with a test light and swap the relays around.
The issue you want to focus on is the P1670. The PCM and IDM are not talking to each other. This is the reason for your no start. If fuses & relays check good, it's time to check wiring.
