what could it be this time
03 6.0 truck just started running rough this morning don,t think it's HPOP had it replaced at 121k it has 158k on it now. I change oil and all the filters way before time so I don't thank that would be the problim got home this after noon tuk the codes off of it and I got a p0278,p0401 that one is always there and a p0603 does any body know what and how to fix those codes are what could be causing these? this morning lacked power and skipping for about 2 miles thin cleared up ran fine the rest of the way to work

no but the other day I was going to work all the gauges went off like I lost the alt. but about a minute later every thang came back up. got home a psted and got a responce of may be the ground wire. so checked all of that.all good there. where is the pcm?

I would ignore the p0401 and the p0603 if your only concern is running rough. P0278 is your culprit, that is a contribution/balance code for #6 cylinder(3rd cyl back of driver side). Assuming you don't have a mechanical fault(unlikely) or a wiring issue to that individual injector(also unlikely), I would replace the injector.

My $$'s would be on jboczar (usually is) w/ injector 6. I would still check the PCM wiring.
