It's not a simple job and $30 sounds awefully cheap unless it doesn't include keyless entry. $30 sounds like 1 good actuator or maybe 2 cheap ones. You have to mount the actuators so they pull against the rod that moves the lock, which is usually done with hardware strap. So you get to mount strap and the actuator then try to get the geometry right on the rods.
The electrical side is usually pretty simple. I think they come in 2 wire reversing and 2 wire pos or 3 wire neg. It sounds like you want keyless entry as well. In that case, I would get actuator kits to do your doors and then add on a Keyless entry and alarm system. It might take a few more relays to make the alarm work the door actuators, but you'll be adding a layer of security and if you whole hog Remote start as well.
