arp studs

I'm getting a new short block for a oil leak (Bed Plate) should I go for the $500 extra for ARP head studs?
Dealer will out them on if I buy them.

if out them means install them for you FOR SURE DO IT!

hell yeah....make sure they ck the heads properly for straightness and cracks!!!!!

Adambomb don't know what happened there, yes install them. Got a call about 30 minutes ago that they would only install factory bolts on a warranty replacement. I asked if he was sure, other dealers had done it?

The dealership called and say they would install the ARP studs but there will be no warranty on the gasket, and they charged an hour of labor to install them.

ok now re-reading you fist post i think you wanted to type "put them in" not "out them in". it's nice that you found a good dealership that will install studs if you provide them.
