Has anyone ever installed a clutch rod boot? It's the boot that is in the driver floor pan, man it's impossible. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

What do mean "impossible"? You disconnect one end of the clutch rod, (the bottom of the rod is easier for me) place the boot over it, and use a small screwdriver and liquid soap as a lube to fit the boot in the hole in the cab floor. It's a tight fit.
i got the stinking thing in there today. I ended up freezing the boot i'm not sure it it helped but i got it in on the first try today. Thanks for the replies, i appreciate it.
