pretty easy. just buy a complete stoker kit. i would not try to piece a kit togather but instead just buy a complete kit that inlcudes crank, rods and pistons. then find a good machine shop to machine your block and check the balance ont he rotating assembly.
if you purchase the kit from a reputable dealer (not vendor off ebay) they will have everything matched and checked for correct fit and finish. you might spend a bit more up front, but will save a lot of headache and machining costs to correct a kit bought off dealers that only sell stuff from warehouses.
