I have the Prodigy too, and really like it. Has never failed to work. Also, has 3 "boost" settings which give more initial braking power, which I find very nice when hauling the horses. Reasonably priced, easy to install and use.
Remove panel. Look all the way up to the right in front of the grounding terminals. There is a hole. In the hole you may find your plug. Tough to plug in but with a little fussing you can get it.. Buy the p3. Go to a Rv dealer and get the Connector for you truck $10-$20. And Plug and play yes sir. Looks good, easily adjusted,Manual override. And night display is bright and cool looking..
me too! The prodigy P3 brake controller has my vote. It helped me troubleshoot my brake magnet problems on the 5th wheel with the troubleshooting menu. In addition it doesn't need to be mounted in any particular/level position in order to work effectively....
