Casting # identification
I'm pulling the I-6 out of my 67. I'm pretty sure it's a 300, but I'd like to be sure before I sell it (going to a 390).
The block casting #'s are C6AE-6015-D. If anyone can help ID these numbers I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I believe C=60's, and the second digit is the year.So C6='66,the AE ,I don't know? T=light truck
H=heavy truck
P=police
Z=mustang
V=lincoln
A=full size car check the forums,its got to be in them some ware
