E4OD compatibility?

E4OD compatibility?
I have a 1996 7.3l psd with a E4OD. The tranny is going... But I found one on craigslist out a 1994 IDI 7.3l that was rebuilt within the last 1000 miles. I was wondering if this transmission will work in my 1996. I need help quickly cause I don't wanna pick it up and have it not work due to pin problems or something.
