kinda... had a pinched nerve in my neck.. hurt like heck to do anything.. yesterday was a little better but was still very limited in how much i could move... seems like today its finally moving its way out from between where it was getting pinched cuz ive got alot more range of motion than i had when it all started... but theres still a couple areas where it hurts to move in... but not like it was the last couple days.. todays pains tolerable... last 2 days was more of paralyzing kind of pain...

i get them once in a great while... but when i do i get them big time... thing i hated most about this one is every time that nerve got pinched it gave me an instant headache... and with its location heat and cold couldnt reach too...

99.8% theres still a couple places i cant move to... but i have alot more range than i did the last 2 days... monday it hurt to move at all.... yeasterday i had a bit more movement but i think it was more in the range of 50%... today feel like i could do just about anything really... but still gonna take it easy though...

well when i can "move" again fully im planning to pressure wash the house... evil green algae back again...

very.... its been like that for the last 2 weeks really... ill leave for a few hrs and itll be like one or 2 posts...or other times i come back and its all just 1 person who ran through every states chat thread saying hi and then theyre gone again...
