Well, I'm off but start dayshift tomorrow morning at 7 AM. It's hard to switch from midnight shift to dayshift with just 48 hours of turnaround time...LOL.
I feel your pain Pat. I've got the next month booked solid with no wiggle room. I may be able to squeak in a little spare time on the upcoming weekends but only if I'm lucky...LOL.
I'm trying like mad to get all my stuff done here in the next few weeks. I'd like to have the 67 stuff done, so I can work some saturdays. I'll be working 6 or 7 days a week in November, usually 12 hour days.
I'm trying to get things done around here now too. I usually work swingshift with random days off during the week, but I'm up to my ears in accreditation work, assessments, and I've got to teach for two straight weeks at the Academy. I would normally take the weekends off when my schedule changes like that but I can't because we're short-handed now and I don't have enough people working to be able to take off unless something changes. The worst part is I don't get overtime pay....just comp time.
