hi guys,
thanx. i'm doin' just fine dave. when i arrived in omaha last week sat. the pilot came on the intercom and said we have no flapps. so the landing was hard. i didn't get to visit half the people i wanted to, due to my mom being in the hospital and we had a death in the family. all this happened before i got there. my mom had gall bladder surgery, and a friend of the family was killed in a car accident on the monday before i arrived, his funeral was on that friday and i got there on sat. the guy was rearened by some punk in a gto going over 100 mph. judging from the amount of damage the kid was going alot faster than 100, i'm thinking about 130mph. the left rear wheel was pushed clear up to the drivers seat. adam never knew what hit him. he was 53. and was decleared dead at the scene of the crash. adam burk has been a friend for 30 years. and the funny thing is he was driving the speed limit which is 55mph and was on his way home from work. and the kid that hit him walked away with his friends. you should see the car. not good.

yeah i dont get home much he is alright for an old fart lol!!! would like to one day go to a get togehter but being a long haul driver it is hard to do so

Thanks Jack, for sticking up for me, the old fart. The boy's aways calling me that, but now that he's 33 years, I think he's the one getting old, not me.

talk about not aging well is my sister she is younger than i am and looks older than i do.
an 09' binder for swift. hey atleast he's driving a new truck. i applied at swift as a diesel tech. never heard anything from them.
i have to get some more stickers and paper work so i can do dot inspections again.
i am a d.o.t. inspector. for class 8 tractors and trailers. i like to think that i help keep the interstate system safe.
