Weird starting problem

Weird starting problem
my 85 f150 turns over real slow. I know what your all thinking and its been replaced.
replaced
1. battery with autocraft 875 ca 675 cca
2. starter solenoid/relay. ac delco cleaned fender and has good ground.
3. replaced Negative batt cable
4. replaced Positive batt cable.
5. replaced cable going from relay to starter.
6. replaced starter.
7. all connections are clean and tight.
What the hell can it be. when i crank the engine the volts drop down to 10.5. haynes says anything below 8 is bad.
disconnected wire going to starter and tested to see how much voltage is going from the batt to the relay. 12.6. no high resistance. Everything is brand new.
theres nothing wrong with the engine. nothing internal. turns over smooth with a socket on the crank????? any help please.
