I believe some of the late sixties models were available with a long bed step side, other than that, there is nothing recent that can be used as an easy replacement on our trucks as far as I know
Nope... never seen one except maybe a 60's truck... What you COULD do is get a short bed step side and extend the front. The measurement from the rear of the wheel well to the bumper should be the same.
Just cut off the front of the bed and weld on the front from a long bed. Seen it done all the time "bobbing" beds...

Nope...on a shortbed the distance from the rear bumper to the wheelwell is also shorter, you'd have to extend both front and rear.

Are you sure? The one I posted was advertised as just a long bed. I know that is not very descriptive. But if you look at your ohotos the yellow one looks like maybe a 9'er. Look at the extra length behind the fenders when comparing the yellow and orange one. The orange looks 8' and yellow looks 9'.
I personally have no idea since none of these I have actually seen in person. Just from google.
