2007 E-350 Tranny jerks

2007 E-350 Tranny jerks
I got a 2007 E-350, not sure the exact tranny but its a 5speed auto. Anyways, ever since day 1 heres the problem:
If you come to a complete stop, about 2 or 3 seconds later the tranny jerks into 1st gear. If it doesn't jerk when you come to a complete stop, then when I get goin again, the tranny seems like its stuck in 2nd and when I hit the gas it will go a few feet then slam into 1st.
Is this a known problem? Everytime I have it into the dealer they say theres nothing wrong with it, and I'm gettin pretty sick of the jerk/bucking every time I stop

Gee and you would think a dealer would know that. Stay far away from the dealer.
