I just had my truck "flashed" two weeks ago. I had the Buzz flash and now have the latest flash. I did not notice anything differant other than no buzzing after shut down.

Silentsoul.... I am not sure about the bullydog but as I am learning about the SCT the programs are written for your stratigy codes in the specific truck.?

I could be wrong, But I think I saw something about it changing the pulse frequency because they were frying so many ficm's.

What exactly is that buzzing sound after the key is turned off?

Please correct me if I am wrong somebody..... It was explained to me that it is the sound of the injectors being dry fired for several seconds after shutdown. The reason as I understand it was to cure the "sticktion" problem. However this created some additional strain on the injectors.

Like I stated before, I have the latest flash and have no issues to date. The tech I have been dealing with told be to stop going to the oil change place and allow them to do it because the run an oil flush kit on each 6.0 oil change to keep the sticktion problem away.

I believe you are correct...that's the way I understand it also. The buzzing, IIRC, is the oil being purged from the injectors after engine shut off.

I just had to have a new FCIM installed in my 05 two weeks ago so I would think it has the latest flash.
I noticed driving home from Tenn. towing my 44' gooseneck that the truck doesn't seem to be pulling as hard as before, and the boost rarely goes just past 20 on the gauge, but looking at the speedometer it is climbing hills with no problems. I went across I-40 climbing most hills 65-75
