I've only seen it done on a dually and an ex in a magazene so I thought it would deff be an eye catcher.ill be posting up pictures as we go.this should be fun its all torn down now.still thinking about changing colors or laying down some pinstripes to highlight the new bodylines.I'm also looking for a nice set of chrome 18's to put on it.let me know what you think its all welcome good or badisrael c.
will do guys just now leaving the shop. 12am central time. also for those interested here I will be offering this as a conversion kit.(not trying to advertise just fyi. send me a pm if interested)
well here are some pic of it in the tare down process. for got to take some last night.
we stared to replace the front door and figured out the pillar was a little out of place.
so now we have to remove the rear door in order to adjust that pillar so the front door closes correctly.
test fitted fender and hood. waiting for the 09 hinges and cowl to align everything properly. the new trucks are alot more narrow than i thought. also in order to fit the headlights there will be some cutting required but no biggie.
DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!
first thing monday morning we will be adjusting that pillar and getting those doors in and aligned.
hopefully we can get to the fenders and hood install as well.
and now for the heart crunching pictures:
