Update for comment/input......
First tank of fuel with new oil change, fuel filters, air filter, cleaned egr valve(but leftt unplugged)...
17.3 mpg with seemingly no I'll effect from unplugging the egr?
Plugged the egr back in when I fueled Sat. And as of yet (75
Mi.) it hasn't studdered yet........
I'm gonna see what plugged vs. Unplugged does to
My milage as I can see no differance in drivability between the 2?

Well........ That didn't take long! My "studder" returned exactly 53 miles after plugging my newly cleaned egr valve back in........
So can I assume through process of elimination that my egr valve is actually bad/sticking/whatever as it didn't for 5-600 miles being unplugged?
Again is there anyone that can tell me with no doubt that running unplugged will/will not harm or affect anything in the long term?

I am the same as you it has been one month on mine no light no code. really no difference in power or performance. I just read in this thread D8 said he lost 3-4 lbs of boost I don't know if I would notice that or not. I have got over 100,000 on mine and was thinking about another type of turbo? Maybe one with out vgt. I am really not looking for more power , just relieability. But the vgt as been on there for over 100,000 and so far so good!
