The same bolts are used at each end of the drive shaft. The stock bolts have 12 point, 12mm heads, as I recall, but I don't know the length or pitch.

That will make life much easier. I will pull one of the back ones and check, then I can go to a hardware store and get some for the front.

Thanks

Bolts!

Definitely go to a Hardware store or a Fastener Distributor store. I needed the 12 Bolts that fasten the Exhaust Manifolds to the Heads on my 88 BII. Called the Ford Place. $236.00!!! Luckily, i was really nice to the parts lady and she gave me the Size and Exact Lengths (3 different). I called a Fastener Store bout 60 miles away(i live in the sticks) told them what i needed. Guy told me $9.32. Told him i'd be there in bout an hour! Same exact Bolts! I do believe in shopping around especially when somebody starts talking big bucks.

Yea, I know about shopping around. I was able to find the factory bolts on a BII in the wrecking yard, only paid $2 for the four and the coupler that is on the e-brake cable. I thought that was a pretty good deal.
