HOW ARE YA? does any 1 know the biggest tires i can get on an stock 89 b2 and if u do can u give me the name so i can look it up and see a pic of it they dnt neccesarly have to be to big but really deep tread thanks for any ans!!!!!!!
im currently running some swamper tsl bias's 29x8.5x15 on a 87 fairly stock rig, little bit of room for something taller, but i use it as a daily driver also. been on for 6 months roughly, driving every day, and wearin very good.
good lugs will tear the heck out of the front lawn i found out... as well as sling mud, rocks etc. and they wont break the wallet like other brands/styles
30 x 9.50x15 are probably the tallest on stock rims.
The best size on a stock vehicle would probably be LT235/75r15. The best radial tires, with the deepest tread and most aggressive in that size are probably Maxxis Bighorns (which I have).
Got a '88 BII 5spd. I've got 31X10.5X15 Mudders on mine and i think they're the perfect size and the largest ya can put on the 88- 91 models without having to lift em. I read on a post several months ago bout some guy worrying bout the BII swaying so bad in a curve. He had Original Equipment Size Tires. I told him he puts 31X10.5X15's on and the thing'll handle like a d****d racecar. I've ran smaller tires but after what i've got now i can honestly say that i wouldn't put anything smaller than 235's on a BII because of the fact the truck handles so much better on and off road!
ive got an 86 b2 and ive snapped off the flange to rear drive shaft off transfer case.trying to find a transfer case to replace it.found one but owner says it doesnt have electric motor. mine is all manual, obviously his is electric.will his transfer case work in my rig? or does anyone have a transfer case for sale?think i posted in wrong spot.didnt mean to step on ya.
