85 302 EFI rough idle

My buddy ran out of gas with his truck. It has been sitting for a couple months now. It wouldn't fire, just crank and crank, as soon as I changed the plugs it fired right up but the idle is real rough. It also smokes pretty bad when running. Any ideas?

Pull the codes. This site has a tech page on it, or go to broncodata.com & look around.
