i what to do the same thing ti mine b-uno as u did ti urs
get a sawzall cut about 4 or 5 feet off the back, move axle forward.. put a winch front and rear. add mudflaps to rear bumper. i used a red cab long bed driveshaft, and put the axle where that positioned it so i didnt have to spend $ on a custom drive shaft.
how far did u move up the axle up and dose it do better off road
yes its allot shorter i and i can do tighter things with it, plus it shifts some weight back being so short.. i moved it up just enough to make use of a reg cab long bed driveshaft.. and with 38.5" tires it gave me just enough space to the rear cab corner for wheeling.
Joe you need to get one of those talk-to-type programs
I would take videos of mine but I don't have anything that will actually record videos. Plus turbo whistle doesn't come through on video cameras very well for some reason.
