i use a cherry picker with 2 2x6`s a few inches wider than the cab,drilled a hole through the 2x6`s (middle,bottom) removed the chain and hook from the cherry picker,turned the tube around and ran a bolt through the 2x6`s (one on each side of the tube) and your basically readyto lift!

Pretty easy. I have mine on a landscaping cart, but just picked up those furniture dollies from Harbor Freight as they were on sale. I will put those on either side this weekend.

I use 4 guys to lift and one to guide the thing off. I also made a bracket from a piece of 7' 2X2, it has two brackets that bolt to the firewall where the core support adjustment rods go, makes the front of it a snap
