Studder upon acceleration

Studder upon acceleration

Yes i have a slight studder upon acceleration from a stop, feels like I'm going over bumps only last for 2 seconds 120,000 haven't done my PCV valve 5.4 everything else is tuned up ANY IDEAS??

Let's see....

Plugs
COPS
Fuel Filter
PCV
Air Filter
Clean Fuel Injectors (1 can of marvel mystery oil should do)
Clean intake & egr valve

Could one of many different things...

Plugs, PCV, a Coild, PCV, EGR Valve, PCV, Injector, PCV, EGR Sensor, PCV, Fuel Filter, Did I mention PCV?

now i got quoted a pcv will cost 120$ cause its electronic, i take the hose off and the 2 screws, is that it? or is there more disasembly from there thanks
