I figured it had to be low...
It turns out the bad (Both) batteries was producing false readings....
Had them replaced under warranty and now there is no problem electrical except for the speedometer..
Found the other major problem...Bad Valve Cover Gasket Pigtail...one was completely bare where it passed under the turbo...and the shielding wire (bare) was shorting it out..
Speedometer works up to between 40 and 45 mph...then it jumps and drops to Zero....slow down below 40 and it works again...
Start with the sensor on the rear diff. Clean it off, might just be full of fine shavings, it's magnetic. Check the wiring too. It's not very expensive and available at most auto part stores. Ask for a RABS (Rear Antilock Brake Sensor). If ask for a VSS you will get the wrong part.
