I believe carpenter only makes red/blue/black. They do make them with the xlt chrome plated speaker grills.
As for removing the wood grain, they are fastened by small plastic **** with little push on washers. Remove your door panel, and you will see how it works.
I was able to find a set of jade green xlt panels on ebay for 150 in very nice shape, and I got another NOS jade green xlt panel on ebay also.
I have seen many really nice sets of panels on ebay from black, brown, red, blue, etc. for reasonable prices.

black seems to be the most popular color for interiors. i have a set of 2 mint condition black door panels i got off of several different trucks. how can i get 2 panels off of several trucks you ask? its because the 2 i have saved are different that the first 2 i saved, whenever i get a better on i sell the other one.

There is a guy in here that made some out of wood and then carpeted them. They came out really nice. I will see if I can find it again.
